The Dutch champions have been drawn against the Ligue 1 winners and the Sweden striker, who played for Ajax early in his career, in Group F of the Champions League.
Ibrahimovic scored eight goals in the European group stage for PSG last season - and has started the 2014-15 Ligue 1 season with five strikes in three games - but Van Rhijn insists the former Juventus and Barcelona striker does not intimidate him.
"I'm absolutely not afraid of Zlatan," the 23-year-old Ajax defender told RTV Noord-Holland. "I've stood toe-to-toe with top strikers before.
"He's not giving Ajax sleepless nights."
