Xavi is back to his best – Luis Enrique

Agen Bola Terpercaya Cityholidaybet Reported - Barcelona coach Luis Enrique believes Xavi showed he is back to his peak after scoring against Nice in Saturday's 1-1 draw. The Spain midfielder was the subject of some criticism last term as Barca finished the season without a major trophy before Vicente del Bosque's side crashed out of the World Cup in the group stages. But the 34-year-old came off the bench at the Allianz Riviera to score from the spot in the Catalans' 1-1 draw with their Ligue 1 opponents and Luis Enrique was delighted by the veteran's current condition. "Right now he's back to his best both in terms of fitness and motivation," the coach told the media after the game. Barcelona's squad has been trimmed over the summer, with the likes of Alexis Sanchez and Cesc Fabregas sold, and Luis Enrique indicated he does not want to have to cut down his roster any further. "I hope that all the players with me now are still here at the end of the season," explained the former Real Madrid player.
