Agen Bola Terpercaya Cityholidaybet Reported - Emmanuel Adebayor says malaria left him so weak that he was unable to walk for a week, but he is now back to full fitness and "feeling good".
The Tottenham striker fell ill in July and missed the club's pre-season tour of the United States, with Roberto Soldado and Harry Kane the club's only forward options in Seattle, Toronto and Chicago.
The Togo international is now back in training, but he has revealed that the draining effects of the disease left him powerless to move.
“I went back to Togo during the holiday to spend some time with my family,” he is quoted as saying by the Daily Mail. “I came home to London two weeks ago and then found out I had malaria. I was ill for a week or so, but now I am back training and feeling good now.
“For a week I couldn’t do anything. I lost a kilo which isn’t a lot, but I was very weak for one week. I couldn’t move, I couldn’t walk.”
