Agen Bola Terpercaya Cityholidaybet Reported - Gianluigi Buffon says reaching the Champions League quarter-finals should be a minimum requirement for Juventus this season.
The Italian champions endured an ignominious group-stage exit last season and have struggled for form in Europe in 2014-15, losing to both Olympiakos and Atletico Madrid so far.
Despite their travails in the Champions League, Buffon insists reaching the last four must be a target for Massimiliano Allegri's side this term.
"I think it's a question of feeling secure, it relies on victory," he told reporters on Twitter when asked why Juve struggle for form in Europe. "We have it in Italy, but in Europe we're yet to find it.
"In the Champions League we want to reach at least the quarter-finals. And we want to win back Serie A."

Buffon: Juventus must reach Champions League quarter-finals
Agen Bola Terpercaya Cityholidaybet Reported - Gianluigi Buffon says reaching the Champions League quarter-finals should be a minimum requirement for Juventus this season.

Missing World Cup could cost me Ballon d'Or – Ibrahimovic
Agen Bola Terpercaya Cityholidaybet Reported - Zlatan Ibrahimovic believes missing out on the World Cup this summer could cost him his chance to win the Ballon d'Or.
Ibrahimovic scored 41 goals in 46 appearances in all competitions last season as PSG lifted both the Ligue 1 title and the Coupe de la Ligue but, although he feels 2013-14 was arguably his strongest ever campaign, the Sweden international accepts it may not be enough.
"I think I have just played the best season of my career," Ibrahimovic told PSG TV. "That's one of my objectives: to be better each year and always improve.
"I've been nominated, but it will be difficult because I didn't play in the World Cup. A lot of fantastic players shone at the World Cup, so they'll have a certain advantage but, as long as I do what I can do, that I achieve results and I play at a high level, I can aim to win this award."
Torres: I left Chelsea to feel important
Agen Bola Terpercaya Cityholidaybet Reported - Fernando Torres says he ditched Chelsea this summer for AC Milan because he did not feel important at Stamford Bridge.
After Chelsea signed in-form forward Diego Costa from Atletico Madrid ahead of the 2014-15 season, Torres opted to join Milan on a two-year loan deal, and has now claimed the decision was not motivated by any falling-out with Jose Mourinho.
"Mourinho has always been good to me," Torres told Cuatro.
"The decision to leave was a personal one because I needed more, I needed to feel important.
"Mourinho and I have a good relationship and still today we continue to talk to each other."
Capello: Ronaldo not as skilful as Messi
Agen Bola Terpercaya Cityholidaybet Reported - Russia boss Fabio Capello says Cristiano Ronaldo "does not possess the pure technical skill" of Lionel Messi.
Ronaldo is the current Ballon d'Or holder and widely expected to retain the individual honour on the back of a prolific year in which he fired Real Madrid to Champions League glory.
However, while Capello has the utmost respect for the Portugal international's explosive power, the Italian coach does not believe that the 29-year-old is as skilful as the Barcelona No.10.
"Cristiano Ronaldo and Messi are two extraordinary players but they are different," the former Madrid boss is quoted as saying by AS.
"Cristiano is a powerful player, with very good technique, but he does not possess the pure technical skill of Messi.
"Leo Messi is a very difficult player to play against."
Montolivo injury boost for AC Milan
Agen Bola Terpercaya Cityholidaybet Reported - AC Milan have received a boost with the news that midfielder Riccardo Montolivo has fully recovered from the injury that ruled him out of the 2014 World Cup.
The Italy international suffered a fractured shinbone during his country's warm-up clash with Republic of Ireland on May 31 and was forced to undergo surgery two days later.
However, the Rossoneri have now revealed that Montolivo's rehabilitation is going according to the plan.
"AC Milan would like to communicate that Riccardo Montolivo underwent a visit today [Thursday] from professors Herbert Schoenhuber and Riccardo Accetta, the two surgeons that operated on him on June 2 earlier this year," read a statement on the club's official site.
The positive progress report will raise hopes among the San Siro faithful of Montolivo being in a position to return to competitive action before the winter break, but it is still believed that the former Fiorentina captain will most likely to have to wait until the New Year to make his comeback.
Casillas: Madrid want to overhaul Barcelona by Christmas
Agen Bola Terpercaya Cityholidaybet Reported - Iker Casillas has revealed that Real Madrid's aim is to be top of La Liga by Christmas after they defeated current leaders Barcelona last weekend.
Casillas is now hoping that Madrid can overhaul their great rivals at the summit of the Primera Division standings before the winter break.
"Our aim is what we've wanted from the start of the season: we need to try and top the league by Christmas," the goalkeeper told reporters on Thursday.
"We took an important step in getting there by beating Barcelona."
Madrid, of course, are looking to reclaim the Liga title for the first time since 2012 but they realised an even bigger dream last season by winning their 10th European Cup.
