Insigne ruled out for six months with knee injury

The Italy international was substituted after just 25 minutes of action during his side's 1-0 victory over Fiorentina at the Artemio Franchi on Sunday. The severity of the injury has now been confirmed and Napoli expect the player to be out for six months, with the forward to undergo surgery in the coming days on his right knee.
